WhiskerCare® is a comprehensive protection plan that covers your Whisker robot from top to bottom for 1 year at no cost.
WhiskerCare covers:
- Accidental damage
- Power surges
- Mechanical and electrical breakdowns
- Software support
WhiskerCare begins on the date of purchase and covers your unit for 1 full year. If your product experiences a covered issue during the warranty period, we'll repair or replace it at no additional cost to you.
In addition to product repairs and replacements, WhiskerCare includes free shipping on all warranty-related shipments. If your product needs to be sent in for service, we'll cover the cost of shipping both ways so you don't have to worry about unexpected expenses.
Want even more coverage? Extend your WhiskerCare plan for an additional 2 years (3 years total) with a WhiskerCare Extended Warranty. The extended warranty picks up right where the standard 1-year plan leaves off, giving you a full 3 years of protection from the date of purchase.
The extended warranty must be purchased within 1 year of the original product purchase date and covers the same issues as the standard plan—accidental damage, power surges, mechanical and electrical breakdowns, and software support.
